Our client is a high-end hospital specializing in advanced regenerative medicine, located in Barcelona. We are looking for a Medical & Wellness Tourism VIP Agent to lead the development of international partnerships between the clinic and medical travel agencies, private physicians, or hospitals. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge and contacts within a patient-emitting region such as the USA, LATAM, Middle East, Asia, or Africa.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and grow strong relationships with international medical tourism agencies, hospitals, and healthcare providers.

  • Identify and channel potential international patients to the clinic in Barcelona.

  • Coordinate patient referrals starting September 2025, ensuring smooth communication between international partners and the clinic.

  • Represent the clinic in meetings and events with key players in the medical tourism sector.

  • Collaborate closely with the medical and commercial teams to ensure a VIP experience for patients.

Requisitos

  • Previous experience working in a medical tourism agency or in an international patient reception department of a hospital.
  • Commercial experience and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Existing healthcare-related contacts (private physicians, hospitals, or high-net-worth patients).
  • Familiarity with at least one international patient-emitting region.
  • Motivation, proactivity, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Open and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
